1 General Terms & Conditions

Jetta7 is an online betting and gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and beyond. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between jetta7 and its users. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account with jetta7. Failure to comply with these conditions gives jetta7 the right to close the account at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be terminated.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.
• Submitting a copy of a national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. jetta7 is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your country of residence.

After registration, jetta7 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide these within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Jetta7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers that provide players with added value. Each bonus, however, comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: A welcome bonus applies to the first deposit for new members. This bonus can only be claimed once and is subject to specific wagering requirements.

5 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a lost internet connection or technical error during live betting, jetta7 will have the final say in determining the outcome of the affected bet.
• Jetta7 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will generally be refunded — though exceptions may apply depending on the rules of the specific sport.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jetta7. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of account balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting any bug or technical error on the platform.
• Match-fixing or coordinated betting with other players.
• Depositing through money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or directing abusive behaviour toward jetta7 staff.
• Attempting to complete KYC verification using fake ID documents or false information.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Jetta7 may suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
• If KYC verification has not been completed or if false information is found.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
• Upon direction from a court or law enforcement authority.
• When the player themselves requests self-exclusion.

Before closing an account, jetta7 will generally notify the player by email. However, in cases of rule violations, the account may be closed without prior notice. Players may request a refund of any valid balance after closure, though a decision will only be made following an investigation.
